We love to talk about all things Campervan.

Where can I go?

Unlimited UK mileage is included. Europe is an additional £15 per day.

Who can drive?

Drivers aged 25-70 with no more than two minor convictions (Fixed penalty and three points each). You must have held a full driving license for a minimum of two years. Please note that there might be additional charges for drivers with convictions, claims, higher risk occupations, non UK usage & foreign licence holders. For full details please get in touch.
From June 2015 the paper counterpart of your driving licence was abolished and is no longer accepted when hiring a vehicle.
We now need customers to go to the following DVLA link: www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk

Once you are on the DVLA website you will be able to follow the on-screen instructions to access your details. Once you have accessed your details you can then follow the link ‘share licence information’. This will then allow you to create a unique code that you can pass on to us. This code together with the last eight digits of your licence number will allow us to access your licence details. The code you generate lasts for 21 days.

Can I bring my dog?

We allow one, small and well behaved dog in our campervans.

What is included?

How long will it take to show me how to use the vehicle?

As you have probably already discovered campervans are the motoring equivalent of a Swiss Army knife. You will receive a full orientation of the camper, it’s controls, accessories, safety features and maintenance responsibilities. The orientation will take about an hour and we will leave you with a comprehensive manual with step by step instructions for your reference whilst travelling. Please allow extra time to transfer your belongings.

Can I leave my car?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your car with us, we have plenty of space, however it remains your responsibility. Please contact us if you would like to know more.

What documentation do I need when collecting the vehicle?

We will require a minimum of two different types of identification, one for proof of address and one for proof of personal identity.  Acceptable documents, utility bill (no more than 3 months old), credit card or bank statement, council tax bill, passport etc.

What is the insurance excess?

£1000. This amount is set by our insurer.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • Cancellations between 42 days and 7 days prior to hire period – 50% of the hire charge
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior to hire period – 100% of the hire charge payable

Can I book alternative dates to those offered?

We can usually work to suit your requirements. Please get in touch and we’ll try to help out.

What time can we collect the campervan?
